ERP & manufacturing · Göta IT Gateway
IFS in Claude and ChatGPT.
IFS Cloud is the ERP in Swedish manufacturing and service. The Gateway connects it to Claude and ChatGPT through your own IFS instance and your own logins, so orders, maintenance and projects can be asked about without opening the system.
Planned. Start a pilot and we prioritise IFS for you.
Hosted in Sweden · OAuth, never passwords · Per-user permissions · Everything logged
What you can ask
This is what it sounds like once IFS is connected. The answer is fetched from the system the moment the question is asked, with the asker's own permissions.
Ask
”Which work orders are late, per site?”
Ask
”Which items have we ordered but not received?”
Ask
”How is project 4120 doing against budget?”
How you connect IFS
01
Connect
Add the Gateway's address to your AI client. One address for the whole company, not one per system.
02
Sign in
Everyone signs in to the systems with their own accounts, on each system's own sign-in page. The Gateway gets a key with a limited scope. The AI model never sees a password.
03
Ask
Ask in your AI client as usual. The permissions from your systems come along in every answer.
Built to be let in
An AI layer that gets to read the books and write to the CRM has to earn it. This is how the Gateway does.
Hosted in Sweden
The server runs in Sweden. Your data stays here, and you can choose your own environment if the contract requires it.
Your own logins
OAuth against each system's own sign-in. The Gateway stores encrypted keys, and the AI model never sees a password.
Per-user permissions
Whoever asks sees only what they are already allowed to see in the system. No shared service key with everyone's rights.
Read by default, write with approval
Anything that creates, changes or sends something waits for a yes from a person.
Every call logged
Who, what, when and with which data. Traceable afterwards, system by system.
No lock-in
Open protocol, free choice of model, and full export whenever you want.
More systems in ERP & manufacturing
One package per sector: connect one server and you get the whole sector. The other systems in ERP & manufacturing:
- Microsoft Business Central
- Monitor ERP
- Garp
IFS is planned. Put yourselves on the list.
We build the connections in the order they are asked for. Tell us which systems you run and we'll get in touch when IFS is on its way — and you can start the pilot with a system that is already connected in the meantime.
