AI that does the work. Not just another tool.
We connect your systems, your data and the way you work into one AI layer, so work runs from start to finish without getting stuck between departments.
Swedish systems. Engineers on site. From Gothenburg.
Nearly everyone uses AI. Few see it in the results.
- 9 in 10
- use AI in at least one part of the business
- 37%
- see any effect on operating profit at all — for most, under 5%
- 6%
- get truly significant value out of it

One AI assistant for sales, another for finance, a chat tool for customer service. Each tool solves its own piece, but the work moves between departments and gets stuck in the gaps. What happens then is that you automate the fragmentation you already have.
Those who succeed do something else: nearly three in four of them fundamentally redesign their workflows. Among the rest, only one in four does.
The hard part of AI isn't the technology. The hard part is understanding how work actually gets done at your company.
How we work
01
Mapping
We go through how work actually happens at your company: flows, systems, exceptions. We find where AI does the most good first.
02
Data liquidity
We connect your systems so data can move freely and securely between them. Fortnox, CRM, email, files: all of it becomes available to AI, with the right permissions.
03
In production
We build the first flow and iterate until it does the job from start to finish. Then we move on to the next.
You're in control, from the first flow.
You see what AI does, on whose behalf and with which data. Your people approve before anything is sent or booked, and every correction makes the system better.
One AI layer for the whole company
Every employee connects to every system on their own — scattered logins and no overview.
One layer sits in front. Employees sign in once, and it connects them to the right systems with the right permissions.
Connections to your systems
Fortnox, CRM, email and files in one place, with permissions at the user level.
Flows across departments
A case can start as a quote and end as an invoice, however many systems it passes through.
The way you work, written down
Routines and exceptions are stored as instructions that AI follows and that you can change yourselves. The longer it runs, the more of your company it knows — and that stays yours.
Free choice of model
Switch AI model when a better one arrives, without rebuilding anything.
No lock-in
Open standards, and you can export all your data whenever you want.
Built for Swedish companies
We know the systems you actually use.
International AI platforms are built for American enterprises and American systems. Swedish companies work in Fortnox, with Swedish accounting, Swedish contracts and Swedish ways of working. That's where we start.
We're not in another country.
Our engineers are in Gothenburg and work on site with you. You can't understand how work gets done at your company over a video call, so we come to where the work is done.
Your data stays where you want it.
In Sweden, within the EU, or in your own environment. You choose, and we write it into the contract.
“Shouldn't we build this ourselves?”
Wanting control is reasonable. It doesn't mean you need to build your own platform.
If you want to avoid lock-in, you require open protocols and full export. If you want your data in Sweden or in your own environment, you choose where the platform runs. These are requirements that can be written into a contract.
Building it yourself means integrations, permissions, traceability, approval flows, orchestration, monitoring, model switches and GDPR. It takes a whole team of engineers, and it's never finished.
With the Gateway you get all of this from day one. Your time goes to what actually creates value: your processes.

What we built for Changdobels is what the Gateway now does as a product.
Changdobels AB
Dog daycare and dog hotels across six sites in Stockholm
- 13 systems
- in one layer — bookings, Fortnox for two companies, scheduling and six advertising platforms
- 12 roles
- the right person sees the right numbers, governed by the Google groups they already have
- 50 of 50
- access checks green at handover
Business data was spread across the booking system, Fortnox, TimePlan and six advertising platforms. Göta IT built a data warehouse that connects them and made it queryable in three ways: dashboards, an AI assistant you can chat with, and SQL. Sign-in uses the customer's own Google Workspace accounts, and what each person can see is governed by group membership.
For leadership teams who want AI to change the whole company, not one department at a time.
We help Swedish companies and groups go from AI pilot to AI in production, without having to build an AI team of your own.
The large companies are pulling ahead: in Sweden, 72% of large companies use AI, against 31% of small ones (SCB, 2026).
