Privacy
We keep this simple. We don't build a personal profile of you and we never sell data. What we do process is listed below.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic. It's cookieless and doesn't store IP addresses — just aggregated data like page views, referrer, country, and device type, processed under our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
We also use Snitcher to see which companies visit the site. Snitcher matches your IP address against public records of corporate networks and shows us the company name, industry and which pages were viewed — not who at the company it was. The tracker sets a cookie in your browser to recognise return visits. We do this under our legitimate interest in understanding which organisations are interested in what we do. You can object by emailing us and we'll make sure your organisation is excluded. Details are in Snitcher's privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. We don't sell or share it.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your address to send it — and we may also get in touch from time to time about what we do and whether we could help you. The newsletter itself goes out on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up; any other contact rests on our legitimate interest in reaching people who might want to work with us. You can object to that, unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to delete your address entirely, and we'll stop. Addresses are stored with EmailOctopus, our email provider. We don't sell them and we don't pass them to anyone else.
The newsletter form and the Klartext order form are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do that it processes your IP address, a fingerprint of your browser's TLS connection, your user-agent string, and the form's site key — under our legitimate interest in keeping the forms from being abused. Cloudflare states that it cannot identify individuals from these signals and does not use them to profile, target or advertise to anyone. Details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy.
If you apply for a role with us, we use your CV and application only to evaluate you as a candidate. We keep it for as long as the process is open, plus a reasonable period after in case the role reopens — generally no more than 12 months. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing Viktor.
If you order Klartext, our Fortnox integration, through the form on its product page, we use your name, company, email address, phone number and message to open up access and get in touch about Klartext — nothing else. The order is sent to us as an email through our email provider Resend and added to our list of enquiries, a spreadsheet held with Google. We do this under our legitimate interest in answering and following up enquiries from companies that want to use Klartext. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us.
If you connect our Fortnox integration (the MCP server) to an AI client, we store, when you authorize it, your name and email address from Fortnox, your company's name, organisation number and Fortnox database number, the access level you chose and which AI client you connected. From then on we keep usage statistics: when a tool was called, which one, whether it succeeded and how long it took. We never store what was asked, which records were involved or what was answered, and never your accounting data. We do this under our legitimate interest in administering customers, giving support, keeping the service secure and understanding how it is used. The data is stored with Cloudflare in the EU for as long as the agreement runs and deleted within 30 days after it ends. Technical logs and traces for debugging are kept for at most 90 days, with Cloudflare and with our monitoring provider Dash0 (EU region). Exactly what they contain is set out in the data processing agreement, which also governs the accounting data the integration handles on your company's behalf.
